The high powered steel plate polisher works with metal sheets measuring 6’ wide, 12’ long and 8’ thick. A 7.5 horsepower motor activates the stroke sander belt with speeds adjustable from 3,300 fm to 6,300 fm. Use the air regulator to adjust tension for the best metal polish. The next step is lowering the polishing head and let the polisher move across the sheet. Our abrasive belts smooth out metal superbly to eliminate bacterial growth. These abrasive belts are best for steel surfaces in medical and dairy facilities, because they provide a #4 dairy finish.
