HOW TO REPORT DAMAGED GOODS
If you receive any goods that are damaged in shipping please call us at 1-888-205-9735. We are happy to replace the damaged goods. Please include your order number and contact information when calling. Please note, you must save the carton for UPS inspection.
RETURNS
While we are eager to guarantee the quality of our products, all returns must be pre-approved by our customer service department. Please call us at 1-888-205-9735 to contact a representative. We will not refund items that do not have return permission from our Customer Service Department, so please call prior to shipping your items back to us. Restocking fees may apply.
SHIPPING
After we receiving your order from the website, shipping charges will be calculated off line based on weight and destination. Products are usually shipped via UPS Ground Service unless you request a special shipping method. Please call us at 1-888-205-9735 to request special shipping. We are happy to use your shipping account if necessary.
