Corner and Edge Grinding with Cross Pads

Cross pads are ideal for light stock removal and final finishing of the inner diameter of stainless steel pipes and tubes. They provide increased visibility of the area of contact and allow greater flexibility for conforming to variable inner dimensions than square pads. Cross pads can be used from light grinding to final finishing.

Using cross pads with this tool is ideal for corner grinding and polishing of stainless steel. It provdes fast stock removal and quick finishes. Both the edges and flat surfaces of cross pads are used to grind and polish. The 3M 747D material used for the pads is made specifically for stainless steel.
