Heavy Duty Centerless Polisher: Demo M09600

The Heavy Duty Bader Centerless Polisher #M09600 is used for heavy-duty pipe polishing and finishing on pipes up to 16’ in diameter and lengths up to 24ft long. The workpiece is supported by 2 sets of driven support rollers positioned to meet the pipe on both sides of the vertical center. The drive for the support roller rotation is controlled by a 2hp variable frequency speed-controlled drive. The grinding head is positioned on the top of the pipe with cutting pressure downward. Longitudinal feed of the workpiece is controlled by skewing the support rollers a controlled amount to provide the desired feed speed. The grinding head uses a standard 3in by 1/32in abrasive belt and is driven by a heavy-duty 5hp three-phase motor for the desired cutting pressure.
